Our Old English Sheepdogs
I have been involved with Old English Sheepdogs for more than 10 years & loved this breed.  I can say even though I may have not been breeding for as long as most breeders who have been raising this breed for 20 years plus. Just because you breed Old English Sheepdogs, doesn't mean you really know the breed.  You actually have to do more than just have litter after litter.  Of course I feel that way about any breed. You can't just have a kennel and breed Old English Sheepdogs or any other breed for that matter. This particular breed has to be able to have freedom like people have. They need to be able to run freely and have one on one attention, love & be socialized, they thrive when they're part of the family.  There's a big difference in their demeanor when they're a part of your family as oppose to be locked up in a small area day after day.  They require a lot more grooming then most big dogs and if you want to keep their hair somewhat short during the hotter temperatures, it still should look great, not completely shaved.  Make sure and do your research on breeders who raise this breed, make sure that the parents are OFA certified at least with their hips, this breed is very prone to hip dysplasia and make sure the parents have been DNA tested to ensure they're purebred.  I think you would be very surprised how many people are raising & selling Old English Sheepdogs that appear to be purebred and they're not.
I don't have any puppies available right now, but look for our next litter in 2016 once our very special Beckett has her OFA certification and DNA testing done.
Documents of OFA & DNA will be posted on my website before her 1st litter!

Please beware of breeders though they may have been breeding for a long time, if they cannot show you proof of DNA & OFA Certification. Be sure you request a copy of their pedigrees as well, for there are Old English Sheepdogs being bred with mix breeds.  Some Old English Sheepdogs may appear to be purebred, until they reach 4 to 6 months old & sometimes even older before you realized you have been scammed by a supposedly reputable breeder(s) / individual person(s).

Below are some pictures of Beckett as she grows up as one of our family members!
